In this episode, Sinbad and crew go to Baronia to answer an old friends' call to rid his city of a power hungry madman named Kattah.  Sinbad must enter a contest and beat the current champion, Tetsu, to get rid of Kattah, but the contest is a fight to the death.  As Sinbad and Tetsu bond over their connection (rainbow bracelets) and try to come up with a plan to get him out from under Kattah's stronghold without killing each other, Maeve tries to get her hands on Kattah's evil sword - the reason why so many people fear him and the source of his power.  In the end, Sinbad and Tetsu work together with the help of Firouz's new inventions to kill Kattah and to allow Tetsu to follow his dreams of becoming a sailor himself.
